SPARK School Park Program is offering these AMAZING collages made by local school art teachers and their classes. Glitz and Bling were provided by Charming Charlie, a national ladies boutique that started in Houston in 2004. The winning bids will be a tax deductible donation to SPARK, a program started by City Council Member Eleanor Tinsley in 1983 to increase park space in the City of Houston. SPARK now works with 12 school districts throughout the region. Funds raised will go towards building future SPARK Parks.
All collages will be available for “cash and carry” opening bid sale price at the Downtown Farmer’s Market on Wednesday, April 18, 11 AM-2PM, City Hall Plaza. The online auction will open for remaining items on Thursday, April 19 at NOON.
